PokerPoint is a free, web-based planning poker tool that enables agile teams to conduct real-time estimation sessions. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PokerPoint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which, as a free service, is zero).

7. User Conduct and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service. Any illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Service may be subject to prosecution under applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to United States federal law and applicable international treaties.
